Knowing nothing at all about portaloos except that we needed some for an event we were putting on in Stogursey I trawled through Yellow pages and rang various companies. I chose Griffin Luxury Toilet Hire because they were able to explain to me, in a professional but easy to understand language, exactly what we would need for the event we were putting on, what our options were and how much it would all cost including "hidden" costs such as servicing and VAT. I put the phone down with a clear idea of what we had to spend and what we would get for our money, which compared favourably to other companies. More importantly, the person I had spoken to had been friendly, extremely helpful and professional. The phone call was followed within an hour by a written online quotation so if I had been in any doubt about the detail of our conversation I now had written clarification. Shortly before the event the company phoned me about delivery and were able to be flexible about drop off and pick up times and possible servicing of the portaloos during the event. I had total confidence that should I need anything they were always at the end of the phone -and did always respond to messages!

Marks out of 5 : 5 ! I really can't think of anything they could have done better!
