Our event portable toilets are a popular alternative to our luxury toilet trailers if budget or space is an important consideration.

They are perfect for outdoor events, beer and cider festivals, music festivals, private parties and weddings, equestrian events and more.

Each cubicle is delivered, steam cleaned and ready for use with chemical, hand sanitizing gel and toilet tissue. The toilets are self- standing, so mains water and waste outlets are not needed. They are flushable with sealed tanks to prevent leakage or viewing of any waste.

Each portable toilet will service up to 80 people over 8 hours for small parties and weddings and up to 80 people over 4 hours for festival events.

Depending on the numbers of facilities hired, we will deliver with a van sized vehicle and will tow a trailer behind for large hire numbers. We deliver on a day to suit your event schedule.

We can also hire disabled portable toilets with safety rails, lower level toilet and wheelchair space. These also include baby changing facilities.

Our 6 -man urinal blocks are great for large scale events as they reduce queuing time and hold 500 litres of waste water. They are delivered with hand sanitising gel and can be backed on to a portable cubicle for more discreet use if needed.

The toilets are forest green to blend with outdoor backgrounds and have a light- coloured roof to allow light in to the unit. Although portables can be basic, our facilities will provide clean, well maintained toilets for your event.

When hiring there are some points you might like to consider:

  • Length of hire?
  • Numbers of users?
  • Will you require disabled, family facilities or urinal blocks in addition to portable cubicles?
  • Access, we will need turning space and to be able to drop off the toilets close to your preferred area. If the ground is soft or wet is there a back -up place to position the toilets?
  • Will you need servicing during the event?                                                                                 

For weddings and parties this is not normally necessary but for large scale events or events over 2 / 3 days you may want to consider servicing to keep the facilities as clean and sanitary as possible. When servicing, we empty the waste, refill the toilet with fresh chemical and water (to prevent smells!) restock with toilet tissue and hand sanitising gel and give each portable a clean.

Bookings are only accepted with a deposit and completed booking form.

Our office staff are fully trained to help you with queries and give advise when needed as well as taking hires and bookings for a day and time to suit your site. For long term hires, our team can arrange regular weekly servicing and keep you updates with any access or changes that need to be made. The office team will also confirm call off hires and servicing for other companies and send over duty of care sheets when required.

Griffin Toilet Hire has been established for 10 years. We carry full insurance, permit to discharge certificates, waste carriers licences and will provide duty of care sheets for our servicing. Our vehicles are chapter 8 compliant and we are security checked for HPC and MOD sites.
